This "hardtail" Fender Stratocaster was made in the USA in 1966. The body has a very convincing Fiesta Red refin that looks pretty authentic and is definitely older and has a naturally aged patina. All of the parts appear original. The neck has the original finish and decal, and the decal is for a trem model. This could have been a factory mistake, or it is possible someone switched necks on 2 66
