The SG-42 is a Brazilian Mahogany dreadnought from Boucher's Studio Goose series, topped with AAAA Adirondack red spruce that Robin Boucher chooses for each guitar. That spruce grows in the region around the shop in Berthier-sur-Mer, Quebec, and Boucher builds Studio Goose guitars to sound accurate on stage or in front of a microphone. The modified V neck carries a 1.750" nut and meets the body at the 14th fret. This is a dreadnought for a player who strums and sings, built in mahogany. The SG-
