The 1961 Stratocaster is the slab-board Strat, alder with a flat-bottomed rosewood fingerboard glued to the maple neck, and this one is built to that year. Gloss nitrocellulose lacquer, a 3-ply mint green pickguard, clay dots and three Pure Vintage '61 single-coils. The 1961 "C" neck is a medium carve with a 7.25" radius and vintage tall frets.
