The Gibson Hummingbird™ was first introduced in 1960 and was the first square shoulder acoustic guitar model in the Gibson catalog. It arrived at the dawn of a new era in music and has been seen in the hands of many players since then, including Keith Richards and Brian Jones of the Rolling Stones, Eric Church, J Mascis, Joe Bonamassa, Gillian Welch, Thom Yorke and Jonny Greenwood of Radiohead, Steve Wariner, Dan Auerbach, and many more. Much of the Hummingbird’s appeal lies in its versatility.
