Quick Product Summary The Fender American Vintage II 1965 Stratocaster in Candy Apple Red is built for players who want an authentically vintage-focused Strat rather than a modern guitar simply dressed in retro styling. Made in the USA, it recreates a fascinating transitional period in Stratocaster history with an alder body, gloss nitrocellulose lacquer finish, 1965 “C” maple neck, 7.25-inch round-laminated rosewood fingerboard and 21 vintage-tall frets .
