Guitars with Brazilian rosewood are among the most sought-after vintage instruments out there, and this 1969 D35 definitely showcases the beauty and beautiful sound of this exotic wood! The Martin D35 traces its origins back to 1965, when Martin swapped the two-piece back for a three-piece due to the too-small size of the available sections of Brazilian rosewood. Equipped with this distinctive feature, the D35 found a place between the iconic D28 and more decorated guitars like the D41 and D45.
