This 2019 Gibson Les Paul Deluxe Proprietary Light is an unusual and clever twist on the classic single-cut, finished in classic Ebony. As the name suggests, its body is noticeably slimmer than a standard Les Paul, roughly half the usual thickness, which makes it far lighter and more comfortable to play while keeping the look and voice of the real thing. At just 3.7 kg, this is a genuinely easy-to-wear Les Paul. This "Light" version was a limited run built specifically for the Japanese market,
