The 1961 ES-335 Reissue has rounded cutaways, a SlimTaper neck scanned from originals and dot inlays. Gibson's Murphy Lab, named for Tom Murphy, who pioneered guitar aging at Gibson, finishes this guitar in aged nitro lacquer and ages its hardware to match.
