While the serial number indicates this SG Standard shipped in the first few months of 1965, the wide nut, all nickel hardware, single line Kluson tuners, and 1964 potentiometer date codes indicate that it was made in 1964. It's a very cool example that did sustain a neck joint repair at some point in its life.
