Serial: 23175199 This Dealer Select 1960 Hummingbird was built by Gibson Custom using the exact specifications of the standard 1960 Hummingbird reissue, with one meaningful Tone Shop–requested change: the back and sides are upgraded to sinker mahogany. Everything else — from the thermally aged Sitka spruce top and traditional hand-scalloped X-bracing to the thin VOS nitro finish and period-correct appointments — remains true to the current Gibson Custom 1960 Hummingbird formula.
