2013 Martin D-41K Purple series #7 Martin only built 50 of them so many others were in the same boat. The guitar features a beautiful design of abalone and pearl on the fretboard, pickguard, and bridge. The bird in the design is the “Purple Martin.” The guitar also features beautifully figured Hawaiian Koa back and sides, an Adirondack spruce top, ebony fretboard and bridge, and a mahogany neck. The guitar sounds as good as it looks! Martin doesn’t ever let anything get in the way of tone,
