1959 was a transitional year for the popular Precision Bass, and this classic recreation is a nod to the early models of that year. The alder body (ash for white blonde) wears a perfectly aged Journeyman Relic lacquer finish, and the one-piece quartersawn maple neck has a ’60-style “oval C” profile, topped by a 9.5”-radius fingerboard with 20 medium jumbo frets for commanding play over the entire length of the neck.
