This Kauer Daylighter is without a doubt a real eye-catcher. And you won't find another of this guitar, because it features a top made of very special wood. The distinctive flamed Claro Walnut actually comes from the private collection of none other than Bob Taylor! This beautiful piece of wood was donated by Taylor to the pedalboard builders at Salvage Custom in El Cajon, California, after which Kauer sawed the wood for them. One piece was reserved for the top of this special Daylighter Express
